Service used Oct 29/2021: 110% satisfied customer. Chose the self pick up/drop off option and all went very smoothly. Prompt and friendly communication with easy to follow instructions - video was great. Owner was happy to answer questions. Extras like cleaning solution was cheap unlike other companies I've used that gouge you, making you buy a whole bottle. The machine was very clean on pick up and it worked great. The carpet looks so much cleaner and brighter, completely renewed (white carpet). Dry time was fast. Really happy with the results and service. Thank you! Will use again without hesitation!
